At Landis Supermarket, Inc., your privacy is important to us. We do not sell your personal information or purchase information gathered as a result of your participation in the Landis Supermarket, Inc. GO! Card program and have no plans to sell this information in the future.
We use the information we collect when you sign up for the Landis GO! Card to provide products and services that are useful to you. We also use this information, along with a record of your purchases, to offer savings awards and other promotions that are relevant to your purchase preferences. From time to time, we may use this information to give you personally tailored coupons, offers or other information that may be provided to us from other companies. These offers may be delivered to you in-store, at home or online. While your personally identifiable information will not be shared or sold to these outside companies or affiliates, we may provide information about general groups of shoppers or shopping trends to other companies to help them understand the demographics of our customers. However, none of this information will allow them to personally identify you as an individual. You may opt out of this feature by checking the box on the application stating that you don’t want further communication from Landis Supermarket.
If you have submitted any information to us, and you would like to change or delete that information at any time, simply fill out the Update/Change form found at the courtesy booth. Your information will be changed or deleted, as applicable.
To safeguard the information that we collect, we have instituted policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of all data. However, at any time, you may request to review or correct your data.
In the event that our privacy policy changes, you will be notified in writing and allowed to update, change or delete your current program membership.
Landis Supermarket Inc. has the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Landis GO! Card rewards™ program at any time without providing written notice to participants. The program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Landis Supermarket designates a program termination date. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the program without notice or liability. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service or cancel membership.
